Buyer brief · London and area
Tell us about your dream home
Tell us where, how much and what matters, and we will search for you: new listings as they appear and the ones worth a second look. The brief is a short form: areas, budget, bedrooms, home type and must-haves. Rob or George will call to talk it through, then set up the search and send you the good ones first.
Your buyer brief
Where, what and when
Three short steps. Skip anything you are unsure of.
After you send it
What happens next
We read your brief
And call to fill in anything it leaves out, usually the same day.
We search for you
Across active listings in the areas you chose, including homes that have only just been listed.
We show you around
When a home fits, we send it over and book the showing at a time that suits you.
What should I put in my brief?
The areas you will consider, your price range, bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of home, and the must-haves and deal-breakers. If you are not sure about areas yet, try What your budget buys first.
FAQ
Questions we hear
Does it cost anything?
No. We explain how buyer representation works, including any fee, before you commit to anything.
Do I need to be pre-approved first?
It helps. Send a pre-approval request at the same time.
Can you show me homes listed by other brokerages?
Yes. We can show you any home on the MLS® System, whoever the listing brokerage is.
Which areas can I include?
Any London neighbourhood and the towns around the city, from St. Thomas and Komoka to Stratford and the Lake Huron shore. Pick as many as you like.
