How is my home's value worked out?
Rob or George prepares a comparative market analysis for you privately, from their knowledge of your area, the homes that would compete with yours today, and what makes your home different: lot, layout, condition, updates and anything a buyer will pay more or less for. An automated estimate cannot see inside your house, so we do not use one.
What happens after I send the form?
Rob or George reviews your details and calls to ask anything the form missed. You get a price range and the reasoning behind it, prepared for you alone.
