Questions about price reduced

Why are there fewer homes here than on other sites?

Because we only show confirmed drops. Many sites flag any price change as a reduction, including increases.

Does a price reduction mean the seller will take less?

Sometimes. It depends on why the price changed and how the home compares with recent sales. We look at that with you before you offer.

What counts as a confirmed price drop?

Either the listing shows an asking price below its original list price, or we saw the asking price fall while it was listed. A listing that only says the price changed does not count, because some of those changes are increases.

Are condos and towns outside London included?

Yes. It covers houses and condos across London and the towns around it. Use the filters to narrow it to a town, a London neighbourhood, a home type or a price range.
