What is the minimum down payment at $500,000?

5% of the first $500,000, so $25,000, with mortgage default insurance when you put down less than 20%. The CMHC insurance calculator shows the premium.

Yes. It covers the towns around the city too, from St. Thomas to Stratford. Use the filters to narrow it to one town, a London neighbourhood or a home type.

How much land transfer tax is there on a $400,000 home?
