What is the minimum down payment at $500,000?

Yes. It covers the towns around the city too, from St. Thomas to Stratford. Use the filters to narrow it to one town, a London neighbourhood or a home type.

How much land transfer tax is there on a $400,000 home?

$4,475 in Ontario land transfer tax. A qualifying first-time buyer gets $4,000 back and pays $475, and London has no municipal land transfer tax. Try other prices in the land transfer tax calculator.
